Night Shift 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (shift differential for nights)

Each employee gets roughly 104 OT hours paid at 1.5x base rate per year with 4 on 4 off schedule
Breaks are paid and considered ON-DUTY
Operate and maintain assembly line equipment to ensure efficient production flow
Utilize hand tools and power tools for fabricating and assembling components as needed
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials using forklifts, adhering to safety protocols
Conduct routine inspections of machinery and tools to ensure proper functioning
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to promote a safe working environment
