Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (No weekends!)
Location: Cary, NC
Provide telephonic patient counseling and support
Coordinate reimbursement services and patient assistance programs
Document all patient and provider interactions in the Biologics MIS system
Research and secure copay assistance funding for eligible patients
Communicate patient updates with healthcare providers
Initiate prior authorizations using clinical documentation through online portals, phone, and fax
Follow assistance program applications through final determination
Handle inbound calls from patients, physicians, clinics, and healthcare partners
Partner with benefits investigation teams to coordinate pharmacy dispensing workflows
Triage prescriptions to preferred pharmacies or hub providers as needed
Monitor and report adverse events (AEs) and product complaints (PCs) according to established guidelines

Bachelor's Degree required in a Human Services field
Must meet qualifications as a Qualified Professional (QP) in North Carolina, with experience serving children and adolescents with a primary mental health diagnosis
Must have a valid driver's license, current vehicle registration, and active vehicle insurance
Driving record must be in good standing and meet company requirements for community-based service delivery
