Location: Fraser, MI
Shifts: 1st (6am-2:30pm) 2nd (2pm-10:30pm) and 3rd (10pm-6:30am) available
Pay: $17/hr plus $0.40 shift premium for 2nd or 3rd shift
Attend daily shift meetings and actively participate in team communication
Ensure 100% on-time delivery to customers
Follow standardized work instructions to maintain product consistency
Meet quality and production standards within designated cycle times
Perform tasks using Lean Manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement
Support and maintain 5S workplace organization standards
Escalate production or quality issues to Team Leader or Supervisor as needed
Maintain equipment in excellent working condition
Ensure full compliance with product traceability requirements
Work flexible shifts and overtime to meet production demands
Contribute to a safe work environment for all employees and visitors
Assist with additional duties as assigned
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 10–12 hours per shift
Manual dexterity (handling materials, peeling labels, taping, inspecting surfaces, etc.)
Language: Proficient in English
Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Manufacturing or automotive production experience is a plus (not required)
Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is preferred

Strong ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings
Solid math skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Knowledge and understanding of safe working methods and continuous improvement practices
