High School Diploma required; Associate degree (preferred) or equivalent in a technical or business administration field
2-3 years of relevant experience as a document controller and/or data entry specialist
Fluent verbal and written English communication skills required
Demonstrated ability to review technical documentation and identify errors quickly and accurately
Detail-oriented; has a meticulous work style and a known tendency to catch errors and enact appropriate changes
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and document management applications
Working knowledge of Excel
Able to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision
Create and/or upload all controlled Golf Ball Engineering documents (specifications, supplier manufacturing processes, cosmetic specs, production release notices, etc.) into the document management software tool
Review and update documents for maintenance and quality control
Manage the linkages of documentation within the organization and suppliers via the document management software
Enter data into a computer and confirm documentation is accurate and consistent with Engineering document standards
Create templates within the document management software tool for future use by suppliers and within the organization
Performs other related duties and assignments as required
