High School Diploma or GED required
Degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred
Previous Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience in food manufacturing is highly preferred
Experience working with soups, sauces, or similar food products is a plus
Must be able to wear appropriate PPE, including hearing protection
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the production facility for extended periods
Frequent lifting, reaching, bending, and handling of materials and products
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, machinery noise, and food allergens
Knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, SQF, or related quality systems is a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify product variations and inconsistencies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using computers and maintaining electronic records, including Microsoft Excel and QA systems
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
