Verify the status and accuracy of MSOs (Manufacturer Statements of Origin) and vehicle titles
Accurately record inventory status and audit findings using a mobile device audit application
Document dealership visit details and audit observations
Review audit results with dealership personnel in a clear and professional manner
Communicate audit results, dealer conditions, and potential risk exposure to client representatives
Bilingual preferred

5+ years of inventory control, warehouse, shipping/receiving, materials management, or logistics experience
Experience using inventory management software, ERP systems, CMMS platforms, or related technologies
Strong Microsoft Office skills

Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
