Minimum Masters degree or other graduate degree in Biological and Life Sciences with a focus on oncology/immuno-oncology.
Immunology experience required
Minimum 5+ years of hands laboratory experience
Extensive experience in designing, validating and executing cytokine and soluble analyte-based assays on cell culture supernatants and/or patient sera and plasma
Pharma or Biotech experience required
Experience with GxP and GCLP lab environments, workflows, SOPs and procedures.
Competency, and ability to work with cell-biology techniques, such as flow cytometry, microscopy, tissue culture, ELISAs, and Incucyte.
Candidates with experience developing and executing either high-dimensional flow cytometry and/or in vitro tumor-immune assays will be given strong preference.
Proficiency with Xponent FlexMap 3D software, Spotfire and R Python is a plus.
High level of motivation and ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Desire to expand one's scientific knowledge and technical skills.
Driven by a desire to create the next generation of cancer therapeutics and to offer cancer patients both efficacious and tolerable new therapies that extend and improve their lives.
