Bachelor's degree in data science/analytics, business administration, information technology, or a related field
Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in data governance, Quality Assurance program, metadata, data risk, data quality, or a related field
Strong understanding and extensive hands-on experience on data risks, data governance, quality assurance, metrics/reporting and stakeholder management is required
Strong knowledge of data tools, Microsoft suite (sharepoint, powerpoint, excel and word) and experience accessing data from multiple database types and platforms is required
Proven experience in developing and implementing data quality assurance program with significant banking experience preferred
Must be proactive, deadline oriented, analytical, and have a strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively with partners at all levels of the organization
