Ability to consistently lift up to 25 lbs
Ability to stand 8–12 hours per shift
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop documentation
Read and interpret shop orders to verify counts, quality, and completion of prior operations
Perform quality inspections to ensure panels meet work order standards
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
