Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the workday
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Availability to work flexible shifts based on business and event needs
Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks in a structured operational environment
Open and close facility spaces, including securing doors, adjusting lighting, and preparing areas for daily operations
Clean and maintain restrooms, kitchens, offices, conference rooms, hallways, elevators, and common areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility
Remove trash, replace liners, and transport waste to designated disposal areas
Restock restroom and facility supplies as needed
Conduct routine inspections of lighting, doors, floors, and facility conditions, and report maintenance needs
Perform spot cleaning in high-traffic areas and respond to immediate cleaning needs as they arise
Support event setup, resets, and breakdown activities
Assist with event operations including monitoring waste removal, maintaining restroom cleanliness, and supporting general venue logistics
Operate freight and passenger elevators when required during event load-in and load-out

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 7 years of related experience
Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC systems, carpentry and Low Voltage & Line Voltage electrical systems
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel
Knowledge in the use of CMMS systems to organize and track staff work performance
The ability to organize a work team, measure and assess performance, monitor progress plan projects with multiple trades and coordinate with other workshops to ensure timely work completion.
The ability to communicate effectively with superiors, peers and subordinates.
