5+ years of experience in inventory planning, supply planning, or DC replenishment within distribution or retail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)
Experience with ERP/planning systems such as PTC Servigistics, JD Edwards, SAP, or similar
Deep understanding of multi-echelon inventory environments and DC replenishment dynamics

Digital Competency: Demonstrated experience across use of Data Science and Analytics- knowledge of advanced analytics and ML models and use of predictive and prescriptive analytics.
