The work is predominantly sedentary and requires minimal or negligible physical exertion.

Proficient in SolidWorks 3-D design software or equivalent and experience performing Finite Element Analysis
Strength to lift or carry files weighing up to ten (10) pounds; vision to read printed materials and computer screen, and ability to hear and speech to communicate in person or over the telephone.
Able to apply engineering principles to develop component and simple system designs to meet specifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited college or university.
Familiar with various molding technologies including investment casting, die casting, injection molding and sand casting
The employee is normally seated; however, the nature of the work allows for periods of standing or walking at will.
Able to develop an accurate project plan
Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
