Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Designer.
Strong proficiency (approximately 8/10) in AutoCAD and/or Revit for mechanical design and drafting.
Hands-on experience working on semiconductor projects, including tool installation and base-build infrastructure.
Experience with mechanical design and mechanical engineering concepts for building and process systems.
Experience with, or openness to learning, mechanical calculations such as airflow, pressure drop, equipment sizing, and utility demand.
Ability to develop detailed mechanical system designs, piping layouts, HVAC systems, and process utility routing.
Ability to coordinate effectively with process, electrical, structural, and architectural disciplines.
Capability to interpret and apply relevant codes, standards, and client specifications in mechanical designs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality construction documents.
Ability to manage time effectively to meet project schedules and deadlines.
Experience with semiconductor and industrial project environments, including tool install and base-build work.
