Automotive Parts Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Honda vehicles, parts and accessories, with the ability to accurately identify and recommend parts based on customer needs
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers and colleagues
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when processing orders and managing inventory
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues across various departments to achieve common goals
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions to meet customer needs and resolve challenges effectively
Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using computer systems and software applications for inventory management, order processing, and date entry
Physically able to perform assigned tasks (lifting 85 lbs. or more, kneeling, bending, walking, and standing for prolonged periods)

Minimum of 6 months of professional automotive parts experience
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
