High School Diploma and/or equivalent experience
2-3 years of proven experience in Quality, Inspection, or Welding
Possess good mechanical aptitude
Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics and other types of engineering/manufacturing drawings.
Understanding of precision measurement equipment and applications.
Experienced with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of iPads/digital applications.
Must be familiar with weld inspection methods used by Terex Utilities at the various facilities.
Ability to investigate problems, determine root cause, and suggest or implement effective solutions.
Willingness to be flexible to learn new skills based on the need of the company
Meets established metrics by performing quality work in accordance to SOPs for the area with minimal errors
Work to improve processes within their work area - uses appropriate tools to find and eliminate waste and to reduce overall business costs
Demonstrate acceptable attendance for company standard; provides adequate notification; aware of impact on organization
Maintain the integrity of confidential business and product information
Recognize potential safety hazards and take appropriate actions to minimize risks
