Ability to motivate a large group while providing cueing to all fitness levels

Ability to operate basic Audio/Visual equipment
Organized self-starter with effective problem-solving and multitasking skills
Ability to maintain appropriate confidentiality and build rapport with others
CPR/First Aid certified
Lead safe, motivating, and high-energy classes that build community, inspire confidence, and help participants reach their fitness goals at all levels
Deliver an exceptional member experience through a consistent class schedule, strong rapport with members, maintaining cleanliness during and after sessions, and arriving to class with the equipment, music, and enthusiasm needed to energize every session
Complete required onboarding and training, and stay up to date on class formats, programming, and company standards
Embrace feedback and coaching from fitness leadership to continuously grow your skills and elevate the member experience
Stay current on industry trends, certifications, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and expertise to your classes
Collaborate with club teams and utilize department communication tools to support member needs, stay aligned with fitness initiatives, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
Participate in department meetings, club events, and promotional activities that help grow class participation and strengthen the fitness community
