3+ years of experience in marketing, with proven success in managing promotional campaigns and supporting field marketing initiatives, is preferred
3+ years of experience in logistics or inventory management is highly desirable
Experience in the cannabis industry or familiarity with cannabis brands and products is preferred but not required
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
Capable of repetitive hand and arm motions, including extended periods of typing
Capable of looking at a screen for extended periods or entire shifts
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently
Ability to set up, support, and tear down marketing events, which may include transporting materials, assembling displays, and standing for extended periods
Some travel may be required to attend cross-functional team meetings or support product launch events
This is a full-time, exempt position
The role requires the flexibility to work the hours necessary to meet business needs, which may include extended hours, weekends, and holidays
