Position requires candidate to be a U.S. person as defined in ITAR, 22 CFR 120.15 (U.S. Citizenship or Resident Alien Status) and defined by 8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(20).
High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality
Strong manual dexterity and fine-motor skills for precise mechanical assembly
Ability to clearly see and work with very small parts under a microscope
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, technical diagrams, and assembly instructions
Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods
Ability to perform repetitive precision tasks
Visual acuity suited for detailed microscope work
Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Experience in RF assembly, micro-mechanical assembly, or electronics/mechanical manufacturing is a plus
Follow safety procedures
Maintain accurate production records, travelers, and documentation
Use hand tools, tweezers, torque tools, micro-fixtures, or bonding equipment (no soldering involved)
Perform basic RF, mechanical, or continuity testing if required by the process
Collaborate with Lead and Supervisor to troubleshoot assembly issues
