Hands-on experience in manufacturing production.
5+ years hands-on experience in composite manufacturing.
Must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail resulting in the production of high-quality parts.
Ability to adhere to workplace rules.
Experience with Vacuum Bagging, and various forms of Lamination repair.
Be proactive to look for process improvement ideas.
Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by government standards.
Requires high school education or equivalent.
May be required to lift up to 50 pounds in accordance with KUAS General Safety Training guidelines.
Must be able to use precision measuring devices.
Employee may generate, handle, manage, or work around hazardous materials and hazardous wastes.
Adherence to all Safety procedures.
Ability to interact effectively with peers and supervisors.
Must be able to demonstrate the accurate use of a tape measure.
2-3 years hands-on experience in composite manufacturing.
Train and mentor other Assemblers.
Handle a great deal of repair work.
Office and manufacturing environment.
