Five (5) years management experience in safety and/or training role overseeing multiple locations.
Five (5) years experience in the Workplace Safety (OSHA) required.
Five (5) years experience in the Transportation Compliance (DOT) required.
Experience with defensive driving programs required.
The selected candidate must live near a major airport within the Northwest region.
Be comfortable spending meaningful time in the field with operating teams.

Ability to work independently and objectively.
