Assistant Operations Manager (LAX)

1-2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation (i.e. retail, restaurants, hospitality, rental cars).
Successful completion of CLEAR, airport, and government screening as applicable, and CLEAR background checks, including but not limited to a drug test.
This may also include federal Personnel Security (PerSec) SF-85 screening, depending on your work assignment
Availability to work a non-traditional schedule (i.e. weekends, holidays, early mornings, and/or evenings)
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
Ability to follow policies and procedures set forth by CLEAR, airport, state and federal regulations
CLEAR background checks
Note: The SF-85 background check is adjudicated by the Department of Homeland Security. This screening may include, but is not limited to, additional criminal screening, credit checks, and verification of identity and citizenship or immigration status, as required by federal security screening standards.

Minimum three (3) years of experience in property management regional oversight responsibilities.
College degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Fair Housing certification required prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
Knowledge of OSHA, Fair Housing, HUD, and TCAC regulations.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance coverage.
Ability to travel regularly to assigned properties and work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse community members, management, and local authorities.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations, demonstrating sound problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced with standard business equipment (telephone, calculator, copier, fax, and computer).
