ALL Five to ten years wine beverage experience, with minimum 3 year managing national and regional Accounts.
Existing client relationship with several chains in the alcohol industry specially in the east coast.
Have an established network of buyers.
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
Demonstrated capacity to communicate and work effectively across functional groups/departments.
Self-motivation and ability to work with limited amount of direction; ability to work both independently and within a team to accomplish goals.
Aptitude to think creatively and strategically and translate strategy into operational tactics.
An independent mindset, valuing collaborative decision making, capable of championing ideas with confidence.
Strong work ethic demonstrated ability to plan and manage multiple responsibilities
Proven track record of creating compelling and successful sales presentations tailored to customers as well as the ability to effectively communicate programs to Sales team.
Strong data analysis and analytical thinking
Understanding of cross channel/customer strategies
Proven entrepreneurial spirit, strong teamwork skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the highest level of integrity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Nielsen/IRI information experience
Valid driver's license and the ability to be insured.
