Minimum eight years of relevant work experience related to consulting in Change Management and Human-Centered Design
Four years in Advisory services within a major consulting firm
Experience leading large scale business transformation projects
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline from an accredited college/university
MBA or an advanced degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
Strong demonstrated ability in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project and other design tools to develop work plans, articulate complex issues, analyze data and drive experience-centric change actions
Demonstrated ability to mentor and train staff-level professionals and excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues
Working knowledge in scoping, project management, budget management and staffing projects and experience with and knowledge of change management and human centered design
Previous experience in scoping, project management, budget management and staffing projects and experience managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team; previous experience in setting priorities and balancing competing deadlines desired
Travel may be up to 80-100%
