Two-year experience in performing warehouse duties, such as packing, shipping, receiving, filling customer orders, picking merchandise from warehouse shelves, packing merchandise, checking packed merchandise against orders for accuracy, and keeping track of inventory and shipments.
Understanding of inventory control systems.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to meet physical requirements, such as lifting up to 30 lbs, bending and standing for long periods of time.
Ability to operate a variety of tools.
Experience using warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and handcarts.
Knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines and practices.
Proven knowledge of using Warehouse Management System for inventory management and control.

Must be able to complete make readies on all gluers efficiently and complete all key areas of the Start Up Checklist prior to sign-off and start-up
Determine machine speed and know approximate production at all times. Exceed minimum production standards

Check and understand all detection systems, electronic counters as well as sensors
Able to make machine adjustments in order to maintain machine at safety, quality and production standards
Check for scrap and quality defects on flat stock; continuously check for quality defects of the finished product
Must strive to find ways to reduce variability in manufacturing processes to increase quality
Must complete all hourly checks and maintain quality consistent with cGMP practices and specifications
