At least one years' prior culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking
Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools as well as identify and differentiate food items.
Customer service experience is required.

Estimate the number of work orders to be completed by the end of the day.
Determine specific primer, paint, lacquer, stain for projects using work order.
Obtain primer, paint, lacquer, stain for specific project.
Develop custom stains for custom cabinetry using mixing formula sheet.
Check proper installation of paint in spray gun.
Prepare equipment according to work order.
Reference formulas using computer.
Visually inspect project's surface to ensure quality.
Remove sanded residue with compressed air.
Disassembling packaging to prepare wood projects.
Count incoming projects according to work order.
Prepare surfaces using sander.
Spray paint or stain in a walking motion using spray gun.
Place final wood project onto stabilizing cart.
Dry wood projects on drying racks.
Confer with supervisors to coordinate operations and activities between departments.
Paint unpainted side using spray gun.
Complete work order reports using pen or pencil.
