Work in varying weather and outdoor conditions
You MUST BE physically located in the United States while performing this job
Lift up to 50 lbs and operate equipment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English is required
Interact with customers and apply treatments using proper PPE
Basic math skills for property measurements and product calculations
Move safely on uneven terrain and stairs
Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card
High school diploma or GED
Ability to read work instructions and complete documentation clearly and accurately

Forklift certification/experience required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Comfortable woorking in cold storage environment
Previous leadership experience required
Punctuality is imperative, must be on time.
Proficient with Google Drive, Slack, and related operations software.
All qualified candidates will be required to complete a phone interview with Bluecrew before being placed on the schedule
Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to train and motivate a team of hourly personnel.
At least two years related experience required (transportation, warehousing, logistics).
Must be able to flex schedules throughout the week, if needed.
