Valid forklift certification (sit-down or stand-up preferred)
Proven experience as a forklift operator in a manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environment
Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 75 pounds with assistance or mechanical aid
Ability to sit for extended periods while operating a forklift, as well as frequently stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift
Ability to climb in and out of forklifts multiple times per shift
Must have adequate vision and depth perception for operating equipment safely in tight spaces
You must always wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) when in the production facility (e.g., steel-toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, and hard hat)
Must have physical stamina and concentration to operate machinery safely over long shifts
Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed
Proven ability to communicate clearly, follow instructions, and work effectively in a team
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, load handling, and safety protocols
