Property Maintenance Technician

Must have at least 2+ years of experience in property maintenance, specifically within short-term or long-term rental properties.
A strong understanding of the components and systems in luxury properties, combined with experience in operating and managing luxury assets such as high-end homes, hotels, or apartments to maximize their value and performance.
Tech-Savvy: Skilled in troubleshooting home security systems, home theater systems, TVs, streaming services, remotes, electrical blinds, and curtains, as well as mounting TVs.
Problem-Solving: Proficient in identifying potential issues, diagnosing problems, and providing recommendations for repairs or maintenance.
Attention to Detail: Able to identify even the smallest defects or safety hazards to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Physical Ability: Capable of climbing ladders, assembling furniture, crawling through tight spaces, and lifting heavy equipment as needed.
Sense of Urgency: Strong task management skills with responsiveness to customer, operational, and property needs.
License: Must hold a valid California Driver's License
Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing electrical systems, appliances, or mechanical equipment is required (not limited to basic handyman work).
Must live in the LA area as the properties are located in Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills, Encino and Venice.
