Experience in document control within a regulated or quality-driven environment
Experience supporting or coordinating training programs
Familiarity with QMS systems or electronic document management systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in regulated industries (medical device, pharma, aerospace, automotive, etc.) preferred
Shift: Monday – Friday: 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Location: Devens, MA
Salary: Up to $74,000
5% employer 401(k) contribution plus 50% match on up to 3% employee contributions
16 weeks 100% paid parental leave with phased return-to-work option (up to 80% schedule while receiving full pay for 6 months)
