High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 2- 3 years loan servicing or loan operations experience within a financial institution
Experience with Insight or other similar core systems required
Strong understanding of residential mortgage, home equity, and consumer loan products, including structure, servicing requirements, and lifecycle, with broad knowledge of consumer and residential lending products and services; foundational knowledge of commercial loans preferred
Proficient in multi-tasking in a team-oriented environment focused on the highest level of customer service
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with the team, other internal departments and customers with tact and professionalism
Exercises independent judgment in identifying, researching, and resolving servicing issues, and takes ownership of assigned processes/loan portfolio
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products
Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining the Bank's policies and procedures

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership experience within high-end residential construction or site development
Proven proficiency in operating heavy equipment and driving trucks with trailers
Advanced knowledge of grading, site work, trenchwork, deliveries, and concrete applications, including backfills and foundation forming
Direct the safe delivery and installation of oversized modular structures and the hauling of heavy equipment to various sites
Strict adherence to a professional, drug-free work environment
Working Ability: You will need to get involved, lift 50+ lbs, grab a shovel, broom, or do whatever necessary to lead the team and project to success
