ASNT NDT Level III Certification in Radiographic Testing (RT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Visual Testing (VT) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) is required.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Equivalent working experience in lieu of a degree
Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) as a Level III NDI/NDE professional in a manufacturing environment
Experience managing personnel certification programs compliant with ASNT SNT-TC-1A and/or NAS 410
Proficiency in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods and technologies, including Digital Radiography (DR)
Ability to lead and mentor a team of inspection professionals
Legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
Export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, and the candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
Demonstrated experience with investment casting processes and the inspection of high-value, safety-critical components
Deep understanding of ISO 9001 and ASNT/NAS 410 standards
Strong leadership and governance skills, including accountability, influencing abilities, and collaboration
