Two (2) or Four (4) year degree in a Mechanical/Electrical field or have applicable experience
5+ years of related experience
Experience in production environment required
Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
Demonstrate the ability to read equipment schematics
Demonstrate the ability to identify the defects, abnormalities and to correct when necessary
Ability to remain in a stationary position (seated/standing) for extended periods

All Technicians must be able to stand on their feet for several hours at a time and lift heavy objects up to 50lbs on very occasionally.
Occasionally lifting 35lbs and infrequently lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to interpret SDS (Safety Data Sheets), material supplier specifications, and MIL-specifications.
Ability to apply to convert raw materials into composite components and assemblies to achieve engineering requirements.
Using basic math to calculate, weigh, mix and catalyze paints, finishes, and resins.
Basic computer skills that can be supplemented by additional training as required.
