Operate multiple machines including presses, shears, rollers, and planishing equipment
Safely operate overhead cranes to lift and flip dies

Use grinding tools to bench, polish, and dress welds
Ability to meet physical demands, including standing for most of the shift and lifting up to 50 lbs

Minimum 5 years of experience in trenching, excavation, or concrete foundation work.
Ability to read construction plans and execute layout accurately.
Strong proficiency operating mini excavators and skid loaders.
Clean driving record.
