2nd Shift – Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM– 11:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 – $26.00/hour (depending on experience)
Location: Hopkinton, NH
Temp-to-Hire
Set up and operate laser cutting machines to produce parts to specification
Load raw materials and unload finished parts from machines
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed
Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality and tolerance requirements
Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment clean and organized
Track production and complete required documentation
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
Previous laser operating or CNC experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
