Proven hands‑on experience setting up screw machines on a wide range of jobs
5+ years of experience repairing, maintaining, or rebuilding Davenport or similar cam‑driven screw machines
Previous experience as a high‑level machine operator or setup technician
Ability to stand, bend, and work on machines for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Willingness and ability to work extended hours, including overtime and weekends as required
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and schematics
Proficiency using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, indicators, and calipers
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
Follow all safety rules and regulations, including Lockout/Tagout requirements
Manufacturing environment with moving machinery, oil, grease, and lubricants
