Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: Starting at $23 per hour, dependent upon experience
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 to 75 pounds regularly is required
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods is necessary
Must be able to work on-site in Grand Prairie, Texas
Prior warehouse or operations experience is preferred
Experience with shipping, receiving, or logistics is strongly preferred
Former military experience is preferred
Basic computer skills and ability to handle documentation accurately
Reliable, disciplined, and safety-focused behavior
Strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Clear communicator with a team-first mindset
Step in to cover operational needs as required, including hands-on warehouse work

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
2+ years of professional experience in international air export operations, freight forwarding, or global logistics.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of air export documentation, Incoterms, and international shipping practices.
Hands-on experience with CargoWise
Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling and protecting sensitive information.
Technical: Proficient with common office technologies, including Windows PCs, Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and web conferencing (Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.).
