Accounts payable experience (3 years)
At least 3 years of experience handling accounts payable
Ability to process 500 invoices a week
3-Way matching (Invoices, Purchases Orders & Delivery Logs/Inventory)
Verify all invoices have the proper approval
Review vendor statements monthly and reconcile
Research and resolve any discrepancy with a vendor and maintain and build on the relationship
Maintain the administration portion of the job including scanning, copying, updating vendor files, track insurance documents, preliminary notices, and filing
Experience in a fast-paced high-volume construction environment
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is nice to have
