Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and successful passage of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component with Uniform State Content.
This role involves the collection, storage, and use of your voiceprints (records of speech) for operational and compliance purposes.
Your designated remote location is defined as your principal place of residence, which must be physically located within the state listed above Maryland.
Either as an active NMLS Loan Originator with state licenses or as a Loan Originator under a federal bank license
3+ years of mortgage origination experience with a strong emphasis on purchase transactions
Participate in ongoing professional development
Proficiency with CRM, LOS, and Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
This role is “remote” with restrictions.
Complete required education
Maintain active licensing
