Experience working in a chemistry lab.
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university in a related position and 5+ years of directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
DMIR certified or willing to become DMIR certified
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience.
