Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting with automated equipment.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, ANSI standards, and other relevant safety requirements.
Demonstrated experience in conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Flexibility to work non-standard hours and travel occasionally as needed.
Capable of standing and walking for up to 6 to 8 hours a day, if required.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Up to 50% or more of travel may be required.
Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
