High School Diploma or GED required.
Journeyman certification or equivalent maintenance experience strongly preferred.
Experience supporting press, robotic, and laser operations.
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders to perform maintenance tasks.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, reach, and use hands continuously throughout the shift.
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and up to 25 pounds overhead.
Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
May be exposed to varying indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as required.
Capable of handling the demands of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
