Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.
Experience designing products with DoD MIL-STD requirements (i.e. MIL-STD--810G, MIL-STD-461, etc.).
Proficiency in SolidWorks (preferred) or equivalent CAD tools, with the ability to generate and interpret 2D and 3D drawings.
Proficiency in fundamentals of electrical engineering and the ability to incorporate electrical wiring and harness design.
**Must be a U.S. Person** (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.

High School Diploma or GED required.
