Rental Clerk - Part-Time Mornings or Full-Time

Rental Customer Service Clerk
Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in processing rental reservations and paperwork, inspecting equipment, and managing payments.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn the basic knowledge of the equipment being rented (example: ATV, PWC, pontoon boats, golf carts, UTV, snowmobiles, etc. recreational safety gear). Basic computer ability to check email, learn the rental reservation program and process retail transactions via Clover.
Organization: Proficient computer skills, typing skills and ability to manage records. Multi tasking is a plus!
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for 3-4 hour periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
Hours: Part-time (mornings 8:30am - 12:00 noon) or full-time roles (8:30am - 5:00pm)
All roles requiring rotational weekends (Saturday and Sunday 8:30-12:noon)
All staff is off of work for major holidays: Memorial Day, July 4 and Labor Day
