Experience designing high-frequency magnetics
Strong adjacent experience in: Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS)
Power electronics / power conversion systems
Experience working in high-frequency environments (typically 5kHz and above)
Strong understanding of magnetics fundamentals: Core losses (hysteresis, eddy currents) Copper losses (I²R, skin/proximity effects)
Hands-on experience with: Lab testing and validation
Prototype builds or design verification
Experience supporting products in production and troubleshooting issues
Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift between projects
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship

History of managing large projects (15+ electricians or multiple small-medium projects simultaneously) effectively while routinely meeting and/or beating estimated job costs.
Familiar with Faith's estimating software.
Demonstrates successful and consistent usage of Faith internal resources to include, but not limited to Excellerate, Precon, APC, Productivity, Engineering, Estimating, etc.
Has successfully developed a successor to move to the Foreman position.
