High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Diploma in maintenance, electromechanics, mechanical engineering or other relevant training required.
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in engineering maintenance roles required.
Experience with Defect Elimination processes and Root Cause Analysis methodology required.
Experience with failure analysis required.
Experience working in a fixed plant environment required.
Proficient with Precision Maintenance best practices and methodology required.
Demonstrated knowledge of computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Demonstrated experience in delivering continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
