We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4–5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Associates the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.

Minimum 7+ years of progressive fleet maintenance experience, including multi-site oversight
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Prior experience managing large, heavy-duty vehicle fleets (refuse, vocational, or similar)
Proven 5 years of leadership experience managing Maintenance Managers and/or Supervisors
Strong working knowledge of:
Preventive maintenance programs
Reliability and downtime reduction
OSHA safety standards (LOTO, HECP, shop safety)

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze performance data, and drive execution

Familiarity with enterprise maintenance KPIs and executive reporting cadence
