Proven track record of managing a high-volume bid calendar and meeting strict submission deadlines
Demonstrated ability to independently read and interpret complex commercial plans, specifications, and addenda
Strong ownership mentality with a history of working in self-directed, autonomous environments
Proficiency in digital estimating tools and basic Excel for material and labor calculations

High School Diploma or GED required
5+ years of experience in access control, low-voltage systems, or IT/network installations
OSHA 10 Certification
BICSI Level I Certification
Ability to read technical drawings and perform standard system integrations
Strong familiarity with access control, CCTV, structured cabling, and hardware installation
Skilled with hand tools, power tools, testing devices, and documentation software
Complete cabling, conduit work, wire termination, and hardware mounting with precision
