High School Diploma or GED equivalent
A minimum of three (3-8) years of experience in an electrical assembly role (aircraft-related preferred)
Soldering certification or the ability to obtain soldering certification
Ability to understand general aircraft electrician techniques (i.e. wire preparation, stripping, crimping, soldering and termination)
Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures in either the aircraft or ground vehicle electrical systems or components
Must be able to read and interpret blue print wiring schematics and specifications
Ability to read, write and communicate clearly and effectively in English
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Ability to use various tools to identify and solve problems

Ability to pass a Technical Aptitude Test (when applicable).
Strong understanding of electronic circuit theory, component-level diagnostics, and technology systems.
Experience using electronic test equipment, including:
Oscilloscopes
Signal Generators
Voltmeters
Skilled in soldering and de-soldering using both surface mount and through-hole methods.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot to the component level.
Experience handling hard drive devices while following ESD standards.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Proficient computer skills with accurate data entry abilities.
Associate degree in Electronics (2-year degree)
Equivalent electronics repair work experience.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed.
Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, and pull during daily tasks.
Perform repetitive physical movements throughout the workday.
