Must have the ability to follow detailed written instructions in the performance of electrical, optical, and mechanical assembly operations that include: solder, harness and cable, mechanical assembly of chassis, line replaceable units and systems level assembly
Must have the ability to pass the solder, harness and cable certification course provided by the company
Must have Prior computer experience required because work instructions are online for configuration control
Candidates must have the ability to work 1st, 2nd, 3rd , or "D" weekend shift according to the collective bargaining agreement between Lockheed Martin and the UAW

High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years' experience building or repairing cars, trucks, boats, motorcycles, etc. required
Must be proficient in at least one key sub-assembly and continue to train on additional components
Ability to comprehend blueprints and be able to understand written engineering procedures
Ability to use personal computer and/or workstation
Ability to use hand and air tools, measuring devices, cranes, and assembly fixtures
Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.
Ability to stand for entire shift and move around production floor
