High School Diploma/GED
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrician or electrical related maintenance
Minimum of 1 certificate of completion in the maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, air conditioning/refrigeration, and building maintenance
Willing and able to work overtime and any shift and weekends
Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language: interpret and follow written procedures, i.e. AWI (Aviation Work Instructions), etc., complete documentation, i.e. routers, etc., and follow verbal instructions
Requires the ability to read blueprints and schematics
Operate a man lift, forklift and articulated boom lift
Must be proficient in repairing and maintaining machinery in operating condition
Have demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair/replace mechanical and electro-mechanical systems
Working knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Excel
This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, nationals of the United States, asylees and refugees) due to access to export-controlled technology
Must pass physical, background, and drug screens

5+ years automotive repair experience (or equivalent skill level)
2–4 years of hands-on automotive repair experience
Strong diagnostic expertise and ability to troubleshoot independently
Solid understanding of general automotive systems
Ability to complete mid-level repairs efficiently and accurately
Use advanced scan tools, diagnostic software, and testing equipment
Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues
Perform high-level repairs such as engine work, advanced electrical, A/C systems, and steering/suspension
ASE certifications preferred
